but i totally got into this pose (yogi's sleep) yesterday in brande's forrest class. my hips and shoulders are officially open. now to work on my hamstrings.
everytime you post one of these, a few thoughts run through my mind: dang girl! you've got to be gumby to do that! doesn't that hurt?! i need to get my lazy butt to yoga! but it might take me a while to eat all these oreos.
