condado beach, puerto rico

here are view pics from oldest brother's new penthouse apartment (14th floor) in the condado area of san juan.

the building is directly on the beach with perfect sand.  depending on the time of day the waves are mild or huge.  walk a few blocks to the west and there are perfect surfing conditions daily.  in the top pick you can see waves crashing farther out at a shallow coral reef.  

late one night i was recording the brothers bodyboarding when we saw dolphins in the background.  start around 1:00 into the video and you'll see the dolphin from left to right through the end of the video.

it's inconceivable how much i love this boy and how excited i am to see him IN MARCH!

little nephew was so cute in the nativity last weekend.  little niece and i helped...maybe i just mostly cuddled.

while in chicago we brought a super yummy lunch to the beach and the kiddies played like crazy.  my cute niece of course ran off again and again.  she came back one time and had taken off her shoes and socks, it was really cold but she didn't care.  big boy nephew would hide in the tall grasses while his dad would count and then wait to be discovered.  most of the time though he'd get impatient and jump up to try and scare his dad.
